South Coast Mold is a tool and die job shop for the investment (precision) casting industry. Since 1973, South Coast Mold has been making dies that produce wax patterns for investment cast alloy parts. All die design and die building is done in the US. We make dies for most major manufacturing industries including: aerospace, industrial gas turbines (IGT), automotive, electronic, medical, marine, and commercial industries.

Meet Paul Novak:

Paul Novak has dedicated 35 years to South Coast Mold, beginning his career as a toolmaker before leading the company as President for the past 25 years. He continues the legacy started by his father, Peter Novak, who founded the family business in 1973 after immigrating from Eastern Europe. Under Paul's leadership, South Coast Mold has continued to grow while remaining rooted in Orange County, most recently expanding into its Irvine headquarters and doubling the size of its facility. This prestigious SBA recognition celebrates Paul's leadership, creativity, staying power, and commitment to the community.
