Every time someone on your team pastes a client file into ChatGPT, that data leaves your building. This session shows you exactly where it goes, what the vendor is allowed to do with it, and the realistic alternatives for a business your size. We will demo three setups live: a consumer AI account, a business-tier account with data protections turned on, and a private model running on a single office machine with no internet connection. You will see the same task run on all three so the tradeoffs in speed, quality, and cost are visible rather than theoretical. You will leave with: A one-page decision tree for your firm: what can go to cloud AI, what needs a business-tier account, and what should never leave your premises A vendor checklist covering data retention, training opt-outs, and contract terms to look for A cost comparison for the three setups at your team size A list of questions to hand your IT person or MSP before you sign anything Our events are for business owners and decision makers, no tech expertise needed.
