Kathie Allen is the founder and Principal Investigator of Allen Morris Investigations LLC, an independent workplace investigation firm based in Irvine, California. Ms. Allen is a licensed private investigator in California (License No. 27033) and Arizona (License No. 1829951), a Certified Title IX Investigator, a Certified Mediator, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
Ms. Allen has more than 20 years of compliance and investigative experience, including 20 years as Whistleblower Compliance Officer at the University of California, Irvine, where she oversaw the intake, triage, and investigation of whistleblower and misconduct complaints. She also serves as a Workplace Investigator with Norman A. Traub and Associates and volunteers as a pro bono investigator with the Public Law Center in Santa Ana.
